商品成本：单价增加「普通商品资料成本价」第三档兜底
取价顺序改为：商品月加权平均单价（仓库简称+商品编码）→ 线上代发价格（采购单价/钉钉代发单价） → 普通商品资料（operations_replica.rpt.jst_sku）里的商品成本价（sku_type=normal 且成本价>0）。 页面汇总新增「其中用商品资料成本价兜底」，同步命令日志同步输出三档兜底行数。 7 月未匹配单价行数 3,599→2,098（资料成本价补 1,071 行），8 月 2,713→2,765（含数据重跑差异）。
