做了什么

  • 为 PR #267 新增的淘系支付宝筛选选项增加 15 分钟稳定缓存和跨进程单飞锁，避免并发页面请求重复扫描千万级账单镜像。
  • 将筛选选项加入现有报表缓存预热命令。
  • 筛选选项生成繁忙时返回可重试的 503，而不是启动重复重查询。
  • 精确镜像行数可用时，金额汇总不再额外执行 COUNT(*)。
  • 修正淘系支付宝筛选栏缺少 display: grid 的布局问题。

验证

  • 59 项相关 PHP 测试通过，562 个断言。
  • 9 项账户账单前端脚本测试通过。
  • Laravel Mix 生产构建通过。
  • 相关 PHP 文件语法检查与 git diff --check 通过。

影响范围

  • 不修改业务或财务数据。
  • 不包含数据库迁移或生产配置变更。
