历史发货全表扫描遇到 FreeTDS 20003 Adaptive Server connection timed out。仅对该错误及原有 dbnextrow 游标断线，重置 operations_replica 连接并重放当前未处理的只读查询，最多两次重试；其他错误仍停止。\n\n修改：ShippingReplicaSynchronizer.php、ShippingReplicaSynchronizerTest.php。\n验证：28 项测试、165 断言通过；diff --check 通过。无数据库结构、权限或配置变化。
