修复授权委托书 PDF 中默认列表方框与“代表委托方”正文重叠的问题。

  • 用固定编号列替代默认 <ol> 标记。
  • 增加模板回归断言。
  • 已通过授权模板测试，并实际渲染 PDF 转图检查。
