将快递应付页签及仓储页面标题统一更名为「仓储费」，并更新现有页面测试的名称断言。

修改文件：导航名称配置、仓储页面模板及 WarehouseFreightPageTest。路由、金额核算、权限、数据库、生产配置均不变，无新增迁移。

验证：仓储页面 11 项相关测试通过（52 个断言）；浏览器实测新页签和标题、核算缺少报价提示、页面加载失败后重试。
