新增 PostgreSQL 类型和 pdo_pgsql；SSL=require、只读会话、查询最长15秒，仅 SELECT 1 测试。保留旧 SQL Server 路径和加密密码，不改变现有来源或镜像。表单新增类型和针对性提示。

涉及控制器、探测服务、两个Dockerfile、两个Blade和相关测试；没有数据库迁移、权限或金额逻辑修改。26项测试145断言通过，CSS构建通过，桌面/移动端表单切换和错误状态已验收（隔离渲染页面）。真实生产连接待发布验证。
