"text": "2.2.2 在乙方与甲方签订了《[[party_a]]订单标准协议》后，甲方更新产品库存，告知乙方，并通过叫货的方式（请详见附件《合作协议附件：[[party_a]]家居叫货模板》通知乙方需要送货到甲方仓以保证库存充足。如若由于乙方原因造成甲方缺货，乙方需按照（缺货产品的单个售价×30%×缺货总数）的标准要求对甲方进行赔付（单次赔偿最高不超过2000元），同一个SKU缺货时长每增加一天，赔偿金额按标准增加10%，赔偿金额将会从当月货款中直接扣减。如自缺货之日起5天内（包含缺货当天）缺货未补上，甲方有权把产品调给其它供应商生产，同时甲方不再履行后续合同内容，并要求解除合同，因此造成的损失，乙方应当予以赔偿。。如因乙方原因造成的缺货导致甲方销售额严重下滑，甲方不再履行后续合同内容，并要求解除合同，因此所造成的一切售后连锁损失，由乙方承担赔偿责任，并约定，由乙方向机房承担最低10万元的违约金。",
