test(intake): 样包测量只读断言随锁定口径对齐

非集成权限工作流用例中原断言期望样包测量「已确认」行仍可编辑，
与本次落地的口径（已确认即不可改、取消确认后方可改）冲突，
随主提交一并校正为期望 readonly，并加注释说明规则来源。

补 d3dc8821 遗漏的这一个测试文件（主提交已含对应实现）。
