画册下载文件名使用稳定标题，避免重复下载同一图片时为 attname 添加新的时间戳、生成新的 CDN 缓存键。格式扩展名继续遵循原图 MIME。

验证：变更文件 Biome 通过；候选浏览器已验证 JPEG 原图下载保持格式与字节，发布后的重复下载文件名与浏览器验收单独记录。
