连接中止时的错误提示只说明结果未确认，缺少可识别的中止原因。现在单独返回“连接已中止”或“等待超时”，保留结果未确认状态、原任务核对建议及禁止自动重发规则。

验证：776 项辅助测试通过、1 项原有跳过；23 项错误分类和状态持久化测试、3 项 Agent 回归通过；TypeScript 与三个变更文件 Biome 通过。原生 Agent 的中止提示回归同时验证仅提交一次、保留原请求编号且不建议换对话绕过原任务。
