图片 Markdown 在打字动画中完整显示，流式接收时暂缓未闭合的图片片段，结束后保留原文。覆盖普通内容与分析内容路径。

验证：12 项相关测试、TypeScript 和 Biome 检查通过；上线后通过真实 SKU 任务观察加载状态。
