迁移步骤：
1. 上传备份文件到新服务器: scp migration-backup-complete/database_complete.dump root@70.39.205.74:/tmp/
2. 上传迁移脚本: scp migrate-missing-tables-remote.sh root@70.39.205.74:/root/
3. 在新服务器上执行: ssh root@70.39.205.74 "chmod +x /root/migrate-missing-tables-remote.sh && /root/migrate-missing-tables-remote.sh"
