修复 MKH-BOM 页面长时间停留后仍显示旧加工单、库存和在途数据的问题。页面每 2 分钟在后台刷新一次，并在标签页重新可见且数据过期时立即刷新；沿用后端共享缓存，避免多个客户端频繁扫描业务数据库。

验证：npm --prefix frontend run check（ESLint、18 项测试、生产构建通过）。
