PR #43 部署后发现流水列仍为空：路由调用 fetchFlows 少传第一个参数 cloudDb，形参错位后函数静默返回空 Map。本 PR 补传参数 + fetchFlows 增加防呆校验（首参非数据库实例立即抛错）+ 1 项回归测试。经仓库所有者授权合并。
