refactor/nginx: 重构 Nginx 配置文件并添加代理参数配置
- 更新 Nginx 配置文件路径，使用相对路径以适应容器环境
- 新增 proxy_params.conf 和 proxy_params_file.conf 文件，统一代理参数配置- 优化 Nginx 配置，提高性能和可维护性
- 调整文件上传和缓冲区大小限制，适应大文件传输需求
- 精简配置文件结构，提高可读性
