做了什么

  • 在 AGENTS.md 固化负责人、新人和 Codex 的职责边界
  • 明确 2GB 服务器只运行/切换镜像，禁止服务器构建
  • 增加开发机统一发布脚本、项目专属 BuildKit 缓存和 8GB 上限
  • 本地与服务器只保留当前和上一个镜像，临时镜像包自动清理
  • 增加服务器首次初始化、互斥发布、健康检查和失败回滚
  • 数据库迁移默认关闭，必须显式授权
  • 增加新人可执行的中文开发与部署 SOP

已验证

  • PowerShell 语法检查通过
  • 3 个 Shell 脚本 bash -n 检查通过
  • Docker Compose config 检查通过，服务器 Compose 不含 build
  • 非 main 分支门禁和脏工作区门禁实际生效
  • SSH 私钥、runtime/.env、镜像临时包均被 Git/Docker 构建上下文忽略

尚未执行

  • 未完成最终应用镜像的全量构建；Dockerfile 元数据检查受 Docker Hub 响应超时影响
  • 未合并 main
  • 未部署服务器

风险说明

涉及 Docker、服务器运行配置和数据库迁移开关，不涉及真实财务数据写入。合并前需重点检查首次初始化、镜像回滚和迁移授权边界。
