无筛选分页复用镜像同步完成事务保存的准确 mirror_row_count，避免每页扫描千万级 ID 索引。筛选、同步中/失败、统计缺失时仍精确计数；金额汇总不变，无迁移。8 tests / 43 assertions 通过。生产只读新代码实测首页 1.498 秒、第二页 0.495 秒，均无全表 COUNT；原路径分别 40.32/37.88 秒。
