按用户纠正，将工作区放在原courier-payables根目录，终版恢复标准空页。只改Pages无page时的入口分发与show包含条件。保留全部原子页面、权限检查和数据逻辑。自审完整diff共2文件；PHP语法、diff检查通过；本地浏览器确认原快递应付标题、11个横向入口、报价内页及终版空页。远端其他任务修改Pages内容解析非本入口，无实际交叉。无数据库迁移。
