公共 manifest/vendor 脚本使用固定软件版本号缓存，而账单脚本随内容更新，浏览器可能混用旧运行脚本与新入口，导致 Vue 不挂载。改为公共脚本使用内容哈希 URL。

修改共享运行脚本模板并增加抖音实际入口渲染回归测试。7 项相关测试通过；浏览器使用旧公共脚本可复现占位页，使用当前配套脚本可显示表格与操作控件。不涉及金额变更、权限、数据库迁移或生产连接配置。
