在仓储报价的仓储费核算区新增逐日、逐商品编码仓储费明细，支持日期切换和 Excel 导出，并补充公司数据隔离。

验证：10 passed (59 assertions)。本地真实页面验证：2026-08-01 为 6025 - 154 = 5871，仓储费 259.3780；2026-08-02 为 5871 - 180 = 5691，仓储费 251.4257。

影响：金额核算与导出；不涉及数据库迁移、权限新增或配置修改。
