京东日账单深分页会读取被跳过行的 JSON 明细。改为先按索引分页取得记录键，再读取当前页明细，保持版本和顺序一致。

验证：5 项测试、52 个断言通过；生产只读候选查询末页由约 6.35 秒降至约 1 秒，分页结果及汇总一致。仅改 Repository，不涉及迁移、权限或数据修改。
