修复进销存报表 2026 年 8 月数据口径：新增按月份、仓储方、子仓、商品保存的权威月报镜像和安全替换导入命令；8 月命中权威数据后直接读取附件期初、期末及进出数量；商品编码改为精确筛选。

验证：相关 57 项测试、501 个断言通过；真实附件 99,162 行隔离导入通过，行数完整。

涉及共享业务镜像新增表及导入，不修改上游数据库。
