京东钱包导入增加 --through 截止日期，校验月内范围并拒绝较短文件覆盖现有账期；保留旧版本和原有笔数、金额、字段校验。隔离 SQLite 验证月中导入、缩短拒绝及范围扩展，PHP lint 与 diff 检查通过。无数据库迁移；钱包账单文件不进入 Git。
