修复历史发货同步时，代发仓跨表 NOT EXISTS 查询超时。普通发货全量扫描期间收集窗口内订单键；代发仓按原始 400 行分页并在本地排除已存在发货明细的订单。\n\n修改：ShippingReplicaSynchronizer.php、ShippingReplicaSynchronizerTest.php。\n验证：目标测试 25 项、153 断言通过；两文件 PHP 语法检查与 diff --check 通过。\n影响：发货镜像数量回补；无数据库结构、权限或配置变更；运费回补仍单独处理。
