针对长时间发货历史扫描中的 PDO_DBLIB dbnextrow 游标断线，在未处理的当前只读页上重置 operations_replica 连接并重试同一查询一次；其他异常原样失败。\n\n修改：ShippingReplicaSynchronizer.php、ShippingReplicaSynchronizerTest.php。\n验证：目标测试 27 项、161 断言通过；语法和 diff 检查通过。\n影响：生产历史数量回补；无数据库结构、权限或配置变更。
