做了什么

  • 单条上游快照查询失败后继续刷新同一来源的后续查询
  • 保留失败计数并让命令返回失败，避免监控误报成功
  • 增加回归测试验证首条失败不阻塞第二条

风险与回滚

  • 只影响后台快照刷新调度，不修改金额、权限、数据库结构或生产配置
  • 回滚可撤销本 PR 的 squash 提交

验证

  • UpstreamSharedDatabaseCacheTest：4 passed / 20 assertions
  • JianSunQueryCacheTest：6 passed / 121 assertions
  • JianSunSnapshotRefresherTest：4 passed / 8 assertions
  • UpstreamQueryCacheTest：12 passed / 29 assertions
  • PHP 语法检查通过，git diff --check 通过
