将“报价管理、快递资料、协议签署、附加费报价维护”收纳到“快递应付 → 快递报价”局部子导航中，保留原页面地址、附加费报价/结算页签、页面权限粒度和入口名称自定义能力。

  • 调整快递应付工作区分组与局部切换，支持直接链接、刷新、浏览器前进后退和重试。
  • 自定义名称设置及权限筛选兼容新的子目录层级。
  • 覆盖四入口结构、部分页面授权和已保存名称的回归测试。

验证：相关 PHPUnit 测试通过；Edge 桌面/窄屏验证局部切换、缓存、权限过滤、历史导航和错误重试。无数据库迁移、金额逻辑、业务数据或权限范围扩大。
