任务目标

按照《退款-子功能页面开发.xlsx》为“非京喜退款数据”页面落地独立表格结构。

实际改动

新增非京喜退款数据专用 Blade 页面。
按附件顺序呈现 33 列表头，保留第 6 个空白列。
附件无演示数据，因此使用标准“暂无数据”状态，不伪造业务数据。
京喜退款数据页面继续使用现有通用空状态。
复用现有 business.pages.show 路由、黑金主题和 upstream-data 共享表格样式。

明确未修改

app/Http/Controllers/Business/Pages.php

Repository、上游查询、权限、迁移、部署脚本

验证

容器内 www-data：php artisan test tests/Feature/Business/PagesTest.php --stop-on-failure
结果：9 passed，163 assertions。
容器内 www-data：php artisan view:cache，成功。
实际浏览器：33 个表头完整，第 6 列为空，横向滚动可用，空状态正常。
