新的 Composer 镜像地址在普通 Registry 请求可解析，但 BuildKit 拉取持续返回 502，导致本机无法构建发布镜像。

恢复旧镜像地址；已实测该地址使用相同摘要可以正常拉取。仅调整 Dockerfile 基础镜像来源，不涉及数据库或业务代码。
