变更

在账户总表“公司规划”后增加“账户是否保留”列。
基础 Excel 存在显式值时优先使用，并规范为“是 / 否”；旧数据未填写时按“公司规划=保留”派生显示。
录入模板同步增加该列及“是 / 否”下拉选项。
导入改为按表头定位列，兼容包含或不包含“账户是否保留”的新旧 Excel，避免后续字段错位。
新增共享镜像字段 fin_accounts.account_should_keep，为可空加字段迁移。
