调整

  • 已完成事项的提醒列不再重复显示“已完成”，统一显示 —。
  • “完成情况 / 备注”中，仅当完成情况是“已完成”且没有备注时显示 —。
  • 实际进展文字或备注仍完整显示；底层原始数据保持不变。
  • 固定旧日期筛选测试时间，避免跨日期后断言不稳定。

验证

  • SystemizationTodosTest：13 passed，222 assertions。
  • PHP 语法、Blade 编译和 diff 检查通过。
