修改内容

  • 单个审批任务接口失败时跳过该条并继续处理后续审批。
  • 连续失败 5 条后才暂停本轮接口补查，避免异常时持续请求。
  • 增加单条失败不影响后续审批人补齐的回归用例。

验证

  • OA 流程相关测试：47 passed，249 assertions。

影响

仅调整审批接口补查的失败隔离；不改变明细、付款金额口径或数据结构。
