docker.1ms.run 对固定 PHP 基础镜像摘要返回错误的 application/octet-stream，导致正式发布在元数据拉取阶段失败。

本修改只将 PHP 与 Composer 基础镜像源切换到项目已在使用的 m.daocloud.io，两个镜像摘要保持不变。

验证：两个固定摘要均可通过 docker buildx imagetools inspect 正常解析；线上版本未发生变化。
