区分 Docker/应用健康和团队数据接入：bootstrap 返回专用退出码13及首次接入步骤，不声称远程连接失败；共享配置异常、远程连接失败、系统表缺失保留独立分类。local-init 以实际共享验证结果收口，不再根据 DB_HOST 推断接入成功。配置切换验证仍保护原配置并支持回滚。

涉及 ApplicationReady、VerifySystemDatabase、SystemDatabaseConfiguration、local-init 和相关测试。20项针对性测试通过，Shell语法检查通过；初始化尾部以mock docker验证5个实际执行分支。不运行真实初始化，不修改生产配置、密码、数据库或迁移，不触碰上游同步和其他开发者页面。
