发布审核发现主线筛选栏只有UI，展开API未遵循菜单授权。补齐参数化筛选，列表、总数、汇总使用相同条件；日期按实际SubmitTime标为提交日期；子表接口复用页面权限；超100条明确提示截断，失败可重试，非安装页面不引用related_guid。7项针对测试40断言通过，无数据库迁移或同步。浏览器验收进行中。本PR不包含store-report-real-data支线：其件数口径与负责人账单收入定义不符，且缺镜像补0、年份写死，需要另行修正。
