将安装明细筛选栏的提交日期改为创建日期，并在清除按钮后增加保留筛选条件的 CSV 导出。验证：ManagementCrudTest 11 passed, 281 assertions。涉及只读业务镜像读取，不涉及数据库迁移或生产配置。
