不保留账户处理待办中的法人名称支持按同一法人名下账户数量排序；数量相同再按法人名称、公司名称和账户简称稳定排序。表格同步显示法人名称及账户数。

验证：相关专项测试 10 个用例、144 个断言通过；合并后数量排序用例复验通过。无数据库迁移。
