阿里云异步任务把具体错误放在 output.code / output.message。平台只读取顶层 message，将参考图拉取失败显示为通用处理失败。

保留异步任务的实际原因与任务编号，参考图拉取失败明确提示重新上传或切换模型，并说明原图仍可打开时应检查模型取图线路。

Qwen 3 使用官方支持的图片内容输入方式，直接提交已完成校验和预处理的图片字节，避免模型再次拉取外部临时链接。保留参考图顺序、实际 MIME、单图大小限制及 auto 尺寸计算，旧编辑模型保持原有路径。

验证：713 项辅助回归通过、1 项跳过；新增测试覆盖嵌套失败原因、单次任务提交、PNG/JPEG/WebP 字节和 MIME、auto 输出尺寸。TypeScript、日志脱敏、密钥和相关文件 Biome 检查通过。生产受控下载及模型验收随最终发布版本执行。
