旧 demo-sparkai 不可用时，历史链接仍直接访问旧桶，导致预览、下载和参考图读取失败。现在先解析七牛归档副本；无副本时返回永久失败和重新上传建议，不再创建旧源归档重试任务。旧项目保存会同时替换 SVG、HTML 和聊天文字中的旧地址，并阻止旧桶重新作为上传或迁移来源使用。

验证：辅助测试 740 通过、1 跳过；TypeScript、16 个变更文件 Biome、日志和测试及凭据检查通过。候选与正式环境的旧链接访问和上传验收随发布记录保存。
