抠图取结果中断时重试原任务读取 #41

AOS 已完成抠图后，查询或下载的一次连接中断会导致平台提前失败。查询与下载改为在原任务上重试最多三次，超时覆盖响应体读取；任务创建仍只提交一次。耗尽读取重试后保留上游任务号，并区分创建、查询、结果下载中的超时和连接中断，提示核对已有结果。

线上依据：请求 f311ec91-0cc1-45d6-9eb7-4637c9cab4e6 创建仅 277 ms，平台随后因 fetch failed 失败，但只读查询原上游任务确认 state=1 且已有结果图片。

验证：753 项辅助测试通过、1 项跳过。覆盖查询连接中断、下载响应体中断、重试耗尽；均断言 POST 创建只有一次、所有重试保持原任务。变更文件 Biome 与日志检查通过。
