目的与范围

修复 MKH-BOM 页面点击“同步最新数据”时只清缓存却没有触发强制实时重读，导致按钮提示成功但库存仍可能显示旧值。同步接口现在固定传入 fresh=1，前端必须收到后端 freshDataApplied=true 才展示数据。

同步与兼容性

  • 起始基线：d013f1e636e1af7cdeb21150458975ffb989fa2d
  • 修改范围：MKH 同步 API 与页面同步结果校验
  • 无数据库结构、权限或配置变更
  • 无冲突，保留现有并发请求代际保护和刷新进度弹窗

验证

  • 后端检查：348 项测试通过
  • 前端检查：21 项测试、ESLint 与生产构建通过
  • 新增回归测试确认手动同步固定使用 fresh=1/live=1

风险与回退

只影响手动同步入口；失败时页面会显示错误并拒绝展示未经确认的旧库存。可回退本 PR 提交。
