产品资料系统数据库使用 PostgreSQL，但数据库设置此前只提供 MySQL 和 SQL Server，连接测试还会把 PostgreSQL 错当成 MySQL。本变更新增 PostgreSQL 驱动、10 秒连接/查询/语句超时的只读连接测试入口，以及产品资料系统数据库的中文配置名称；新增配置保持非默认，不替换现有 SQL Server。

验证：后端 syntax 136 文件通过、283 项测试通过；前端 lint、16 项测试和生产构建通过。生产连接将在合并部署后使用用户提供的只读账号执行 SELECT 1 验证。
